Donation Terms and Conditions

Authorization

The financial institution you select on our digital donation entry form is authorized to debit or charge your donation to the account indicated. This authority remains active until you provide IESCO with at least 10 days’ formal written notice of termination. Advance notice ensures proper execution of your parameters. If an incorrect value is ever registered, you authorize your financial institution to make adjustments.

Agreement

By donating to IESCO platforms, you agree to our structural terms and conditions, including our refund and receipting policy frameworks. Please review these parameters carefully before donating.

Secure Payment

All donations are securely processed via our trusted third-party payment gateway provider, OnPay Solution.

Refund Policy

Donations are normally non-refundable. If you made an input error or wish to cancel your contribution profile, contact us immediately. Approved adjustments are returned using the original method of payment, including credit card adjustments to the same card used.

Cancellation Policy
