About the ISM Scholarship

The IESCO Scholarship in Malaysia (ISM) purposefully targets bright, underprivileged youths hailing from regions disrupted by conflict. We build pathways for sustainable career development, focusing our active recruitment modules primarily towards students from Palestine, Yemen, and vulnerable Rohingya communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Exemplary moral standing and proven good conduct.
Possession of an active, full-time admission offer letter from a recognized Malaysian institution.
Maintained a baseline CGPA of 2.80 or higher (or regional equivalent).
Open to active students within Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programs.
Must not currently hold any external concurrent scholarship grants.
Verified financial hardship preventing standard tuition settlement.
Demonstrated prior engagement in community volunteer frameworks is heavily favored.

Complete scan of a valid international passport.
Recent passport-format photograph against a crisp white background.
Official Student Pass copy or structured Visa Approval Letter (VAL).
Certified prior graduation degree certifications and English transcripts.
Most recent academic semester grade slip (for enrolled ongoing applicants).
High School graduation credentials (exclusive to upcoming Bachelor applications).
Official university confirmation/unconditional placement offer.
Recent institutional or personal verified financial status declarations.
